The Aabuthnott Gallimore High School in St Ann is to get a new board following the resignation of the members.
GPO understands that the Board resigned due to several disagreements with the leadership style of the Chairman Omar Oliphant- that has been described as dictatorial.
The Ministry of Education says the National Council on Education (NCE) has identified new members for the Board.
They will be appointed shortly.
However, the Education Ministry did not give a timeline.
When asked whether Oliphant will be a part of the new board, the Education Ministry said there was no reason for the NCE to not consider him.
